I too was in the same position as you 5 years ago.  I did not have any running experience until 45 years of age.  But I have come a long way and I have run a  Marathon in 2018  50 years of age.  Running has changed my life for the better in more ways than imaginable.

I know the ache and pains, the mental resistance, the mind conflicts of a over 40’s and 50’s  and hence my running coaching is tailored to  your needs. Today I run at least 100 miles a month and also motivated my husband to run and proud to say he is out shining me.

0-2.5k Complete Beginners Group (6 weeks)

This is a 6-week 0-2.5k course for complete beginners and those returning to running after a long break. We’ll start slowly and gradually build up the time you run for each week until you’re running 2.5k.

This is a 9 week course for beginners who have completed the couch to 2.5K or those who have some running experience and those returning to running after a long break. We’ll start from running 1Km slowly and gradually build up the time you run for each week until you’re running 5k.

It is for Mums, Dads, over 40’s , 50’s and 60’s,  people who want to destress and enjoy company and run for health, happiness and confidence

Many people are daunted with the prospect of running a 5K and hence dropout or abandon their effort.  It is therefore a programme  where we can get you running quickly.  When you know you can run 2.5K non stop you will gain the confidence to run further.

This is a programme for people with some running experience; people willing to put a longer commitment to make this happen.  5 Km is a standard recognised distance that also enables you to run local races and park runs.
