Ingredients for Carrot Salad Recipe

  1. 4 to 5 carrots
  2. 200 gm boiled chickpeas
  3. ! teaspoon olive oil
  4. Half a lime
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or coriander

 

Method To Prepare Carrot Salad Recipe

In a salad bowl, combine the lemon juice, honey, olive oil, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the carrots, chickpeas fresh parsley or coriander and toss well. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
